James T. is an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master with a strong background in facilitating large-scale Agile transformations across various sectors. Currently with The Stepstone Group since April 2018, James has effectively coached cross-functional teams and Product Owners, transitioning teams to Agile practices and enhancing collaboration within an enterprise environment.
