Lisa Gerhardt is a seasoned professional with significant experience in commercial product management and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Global Commercial Product Manager at The Stepstone Group since August 2021, Lisa has been recognized as one of the company’s Top Talents and collaborates directly with the CEO on business opportunities and solutions. Prior to this role, Lisa held strategic positions at HRS Group and BearingPoint, where responsibilities included leading monetization initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and consulting on regulatory reporting for financial services. Lisa began their career at Henkel as an International Marketing Intern, where project management and digital marketing support were key focuses. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in International Business Marketing-Finance from Maastricht University and the University of Adelaide, along with a Bachelor of Science in International Business Economics from Maastricht University.
