Matt Gottschalk currently leads Design Operations at The Stepstone Group, a leading global job platform. Additionally, Matt serves as the Chapter Lead at DesignOps Assembly, fostering community and best practices within the DesignOps industry. Previously, as Vice President of Design & DesignOps at Alcumus, Matt established a user-centered culture and defined product vision. At BT, responsibilities included leading a diverse DesignOps team, while at Centrica, Matt focused on enhancing user experience design. Professional experience also includes senior roles at AXA, TUI, Shine Marketing, and Ian Allan Publishing Ltd, where various design and development skills were applied across web and user experience projects. Matt holds a BA Hons in Product Design from Solent University.
