Michael Connor has extensive experience in sales operations and lead generation, beginning with a role as Trainer and Advertising Team Leader at The Irish News from June 2004 to September 2006, where responsibilities included sales department management and key account management. Following this, Michael served as Sales Manager at NIJobs.com from August 2015 to March 2019, before transitioning to Saongroup, where Michael held the position of Head of Lead Generation and Data Quality for Ireland from April 2019 to April 2021, and subsequently became Sales Operations Director, Ireland until January 2025. Currently, Michael is the Senior Director of Commercial Enablement and Senior Director of Sales Operations for Stepstone EMEA Mid Markets since April 2025. Michael holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of Ulster, earned between 1995 and 1999.
