Ovidiu C. currently serves as the Head of Information Security at The Stepstone Group, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Ovidiu was the Chief Information Security Officer at Kaufland e-commerce for a brief period in 2022 and previously worked at StepStone in various information security roles from 2016 to 2022, culminating as Information Security Manager. Ovidiu began a career in network security as a Network Security Specialist at adidas Group, followed by roles as a Network Engineer at Sincronet and a Network Specialist at Tecnocom and DGA/General Government of Aragon. The career journey began as a Network Administrator at Master D, focusing on user support and firewall configuration. With a strong background in information and network security management, Ovidiu has developed tactical and operational security plans and overseen network security infrastructure and operations.
