Stefan Rüdiger is a Senior Data Analyst at StepStone in Berlin, where they lead company-wide analytics projects with a focus on collaboration and creating a positive work environment. Previously, they held positions as a Data Analyst and Junior Webanalyst at StepStone Deutschland GmbH, and as a consultant at START Consulting Düsseldorf e.V. With a Master’s in Business Analytics and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Hochschule Düsseldorf, Stefan has developed expertise in KPI frameworks, frontend tracking, and data-driven decision-making. They actively mentor fellow analysts and are an integral member of the Stepstone Analytics Chapter.
