Sushil Shakya

Sushil Shakya is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer II at The Stepstone Group, where responsibilities include building Terraform templates for LLM model deployment, enhancing job discovery through semantic search, and developing a modular Conversational AI platform using LangChain. Previously, Sushil held various engineering roles at Fusemachines, contributing to the development of ad click-through rate prediction systems and supervising associate engineers. Sushil won the first prize in a ChatGPT-themed hackathon and played an integral role in advancing conversational AI applications. Educational qualifications include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Engineering and Computer Engineering, respectively, from the Institute of Engineering Pulchowk Campus.
