Tim Elfrink

Tim Elfrink is a highly experienced professional in machine learning engineering, currently serving as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer and Chapter Lead at The Stepstone Group since November 2021, where key contributions include setting technical standards, mentoring engineers, and driving major ML initiatives. With a background that includes significant roles at Vantage AI, The HEINEKEN Company, and various other organizations, Tim has led projects focused on automating deployment processes and enhancing machine learning applications. Tim holds a Master’s Degree in Business Analytics and a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, complemented by a minor in Computer Science, Statistics, and Accounting from The University of New Mexico.
