Devon Gosnell

Devon Gosnell is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in complex litigation, currently serving as Of Counsel at Steptoe & Johnson PLLC since 2013. With a distinguished career, Devon briefed and argued over 40 cases before United States Courts of Appeals and successfully tried over 100 cases in state and federal courts. Prior to current role, Devon held positions as an Assistant US Attorney at the US Attorney's Office from 1975 to 1994, a Partner at Ford & Harrison LLP from 1995 to 2004, and Associate General Counsel at the University of Tennessee from 2004 to 2013. Devon's academic credentials include an M.Div. in Religion from Harding Graduate School of Theology, an MBA in Finance from The University of Memphis, an AB in Political Science from West Virginia University, and a JD from West Virginia University College of Law.
