John Meadows currently serves as the Energy Litigation Practice Group Leader and a Member at Steptoe & Johnson PLLC since August 2012, specializing in civil litigation and recognized as a SuperLawyers Rising Star on two occasions. Prior to this role, John held the position of Of Counsel at Robinson & McElwee from September 2003 to August 2012 and worked as an Associate Attorney at McCall-Thomas Engineering from September 1997 to August 2000, where responsibilities included managing federal subcontractors in information technology. Earlier career experience includes serving as General Manager at Software ETC, Inc. from May 1994 to August 1995. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Richmond School of Law, a Master of Public Administration (MPA), and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Augusta University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Hampden-Sydney College.
