Sandra Fraley

Sandra Fraley is a legal professional with extensive experience in land administration and corporate law. As the Practice Group Leader for S&J Land Administration Services LLC at Steptoe & Johnson PLLC since May 2018, Sandra also serves as a Member and the Managing Member of the Oklahoma City Office. Prior to this role, significant positions included Assistant General Counsel, Lead Counsel, and Managing Attorney at Chesapeake Energy from 2009 to 2018, and Vice President, Land and Legal, and General Counsel at EnerVest, Ltd. from 2007 to 2009. Sandra’s legal career began at EQT Corporation, where responsibilities included Vice President and General Counsel from 2000 to 2007 and earlier roles such as Associate General Counsel. Sandra holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Kentucky University.
