Salat Ibrahim

Salat Ibrahim is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in supporting disadvantaged populations, particularly in refugee settings. Currently serving as an Upshift Mentor at UNICEF Middle East and North Africa since February 2022, Salat focuses on building transferable skills for young people. As a Social Media Consultant at StepUp.One since February 2021, Salat has been instrumental in re-skilling refugees in social media and connecting them to global job opportunities. Additionally, in the same year, Salat took on the role of Team Supervisor at the Danish Refugee Council, overseeing activities aimed at supporting vulnerable children in Kakuma refugee camp, Kenya. Salat's earlier experience includes serving as a Child Development Worker at LWF Services from April 2016 to December 2020. Education was completed at Greenlight High School between 2010 and 2013, focusing on case management.
