Sofia Awadhe serves as a Team Member at StepUp.One since July 2022, contributing to initiatives aimed at providing education and job opportunities for refugees, recognizing access to these resources as a fundamental human right. In the past three years, StepUp.One has successfully reskilled and employed over 250 refugees from UNHCR Refugee Camps, addressing the needs of approximately 80 million individuals lacking these essential rights.
