Jane Chen

Jane Chen is the Co-Founder and CEO of Stepwise, a company focused on enabling residential electrification. Prior to this, Jane founded Artio, where Jane helped homeowners install EV chargers and other green technologies. Jane has also held positions at Strategy&, Hangzhou Ao Neng Power Supply Equipment CO.,Ltd, ARAVIND EYE CARE SYSTEM, and Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Jane holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a BS from The Wharton School, and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
