Allison Nelson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, business ownership, and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as a Territory Sales Manager at Stericycle since November 2021, Allison is also the owner of It’s the Melanin Clothing & Apparel and Boss Up Innovations, LLC. As the founder of Breaking the Chains Inc., Allison oversees programmatic excellence and engages volunteers and board members for strategic direction.
