Andy Marks

Andy Marks is currently the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Regulatory at Stericycle, where they apply their extensive background in litigation and regulatory law. They previously held roles as Senior Counsel for both Commercial Litigation and Regulatory Law at Walgreens from 2018 to 2024. Prior to that, Andy gained valuable experience as an attorney with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, The Misiorowski Law Group, and the Law Offices of Carey S. Rosemarin, P.C. They earned a BA in History from Penn State University and a Doctor of Law in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School.
