Gabe Ramirez

Gabe Ramirez, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Workforce Management at Stericycle since March 2022. Previously, Gabe held various leadership roles at Baylor Scott & White Health, including Director of Customer Advocacy, where responsibility included overseeing contact center operations and managing a staff of over 100. Additional experience includes positions at Healthways, where Gabe was the Sr. International Workforce Solutions Manager, and roles focused on operations and workforce management. Gabe's career began at INFONXX and UnitedHealth Group, managing call center operations and team development. Gabe holds an MBA in Human Resource Development and Business Management from Webster University and a BBA in Management from the University of the Incarnate Word.
