John Mascio

John Mascio has extensive experience in hazardous waste management and remediation, currently serving as a Field Waste Characterization Specialist at Stericycle since June 2013. As the Founder and Project Manager of Leaders in Management of Hazardous Remediation in the Midwest, Mascio focuses on industry networking and trend analysis. Previous roles include Project Manager at National Industrial Maintenance, where effective equipment repair strategies were coordinated, and Project Specialist at Espo Engineering Corp., overseeing safety and compliance in the decontamination of a radiological facility. Mascio's career began at SET Environmental, Inc., where various roles culminated in the position of Emergency Response Project Manager. Education includes a diploma from Lane Technical High School and attendance at Thornton Community College.
