Michael Faris

Michael Faris is a legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and securities law. Currently serving as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Litigation at Stericycle since August 2020, Faris previously held the role of Partner at Latham & Watkins from September 2005 to August 2020, where Michael specialized in securities litigation and served on the Global Ethics Committee. Faris's career includes leadership as Past President of Rotary One from 2013 to 2014 and ownership at Sherman & Johnston, Inc. from March 1994 to September 2002. Faris commenced legal training with a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and holds an AB in Social Studies from Harvard University.
