James Glenn

James Glenn is a transformative business leader with over 20 years of experience in building sustainable manufacturing companies. Currently, they serve as an investor and operating advisor while actively participating on advisory boards for Sterilex and The Riverside Company. Previously, James founded and led Meritech, where they created the world's only fully automated hand hygiene systems and successfully navigated the company through significant challenges, achieving substantial growth and a successful exit to a private equity fund. They are also the founder of Core Systems, LLC, where they drove remarkable sales growth and fostered a culture of continuous improvement and employee empowerment. James is currently pursuing a JD at Cleveland State University, along with degrees in English and Religion from Duke University and an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
