Robyn Kolas

Robyn Kolas has an extensive work experience in the cosmetics industry. Robyn first worked at Procter & Gamble, where they held various roles as a Senior Process Development Engineer, Senior Formulation Engineer, Senior Packaging Engineer, and Process Engineer. Robyn'sresponsibilities included process development, formulation innovation, packaging design, and project management. After working at Procter & Gamble for several years, Robyn joined Coty, Inc. when they acquired Procter and Gamble's Beauty division. At Coty, they served as a Principal Process Development Engineer and Senior Principal Process Development Engineer, leading upstream process development and scale-up for cosmetic brands. Most recently, Robyn joined Sterilex as a Principal Scientist.

Robyn Kolas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. Recently, in May 2022, they completed the "Statistical Thinking and Problem Solving" certification from SAS. In February 2022, they also completed the "Python for Data Science Certificate Program" consisting of seven courses, offered by eCornell. Furthermore, in August 2021, they obtained the "Data Analysis Using Python" certification from Coursera.
