Sterimelt is a patented thermal recycling system designed to keep valuable materials in use and out of landfill. By converting single-use plastics into sterilised, high-density blocks directly at the point of origin, we help hospitals, laboratories, and facilities cut costs, reduce carbon, and close the loop on waste.

Our technology forms part of a true circular economy model where waste becomes feedstock for manufacturing. The blocks produced by Sterimelt can be transformed into new products such as bins, bottles, toolboxes, or even 3D printing filament.

Why Sterimelt is different:

On-site transformation eliminates transport, storage, and incineration costs.

Proven durability units have been in service for decades with minimal maintenance.

Multiple applications, from polypropylene surgical wrap to expanded polystyrene packaging.

Lower carbon footprint, significant CO₂ savings compared to traditional disposal.
