Andrew Pate has extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering, with a career spanning over two decades. At Medivators, a Cantel Medical Company, Andrew held multiple leadership roles, culminating in the position of Senior Director of Manufacturing & Engineering from November 2015 to December 2019. Prior to that, Andrew worked at Cardinal Health in various engineering and quality roles, as well as at HELLA and Montaplast of North America as a Manufacturing Engineer and Supervisor. Currently, Andrew serves as Senior Director of Operations at STERIS, starting in June 2025. Academically, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Illinois State University and an MBA from LeTourneau University.
