Dalton H. serves as the Director of Construction & Facilities at STERIS, where responsibilities include developing strategies for real estate selection, design, and construction while overseeing a significant OPEX and CAPEX budget. Achievements at STERIS include the development of a prototype facility that saved $14 million and significantly reduced time to market, along with driving substantial growth in the facilities program. Prior to STERIS, Dalton was the Director of Operations at the United States Air Force Academy, overseeing the maintenance of a major gymnasium and instructing over 950 officer candidates. Dalton's foundational experience includes various roles in the United States Air Force, including Project Manager and Operations Manager, where project management and strategic planning were crucial in executing multi-million dollar construction projects and programs. Dalton holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and the University of Louisville, respectively.
