Dan Miller

Dan Miller has extensive experience in the medical service industry, currently serving as Area Vice President at STERIS Corporation since 1982, where leadership encompasses over 200 Customer Service Experience field managers and service engineers while managing a $95 million P&L and consistently achieving top customer experience scores. Notable accomplishments include multiple recognitions such as the Hexiwave Award and Presidents Club induction, as well as the establishment of an “Excellence Council” focused on quality improvement. Prior roles include Director of Field Service overseeing operations in the southwest U.S., District Manager, and Service Specialist, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Dan Miller also contributes to education as an Advisory Board Member at Texas State Technical College, advising on technical degree curricula, and has past experience on the advisory committee for Legacy Church. Educational qualifications include a BS in Business and Biblical Studies from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and certificates in Industrial Maintenance and Biomedical Equipment Technology.
