Daniel Howell currently serves as the Director of Gas Technologies for STERIS in the EMEA and APAC regions, overseeing the EO TechTeam organization that delivers technical service excellence and validation services. Prior positions at STERIS include European RTC & UK Laboratory Operations Manager, where Daniel ensured operational excellence in microbiology laboratories, and European RTC Manager, responsible for establishing the Radiation Technology Centre in Europe. Daniel's career began with roles as a Graduate Trainee Manager, focusing on both radiation and ethylene oxide operations, as well as managing global technical projects. Prior experience includes an industrial placement at LGC as a Student Scientist in Microbiology and a contract role at Santander Bank. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Durham University.
