Ed P.

Ed P. has extensive experience in information technology and security, currently serving as the VP and Chief Information Security Officer at STERIS Corporation since October 1998. In this role, Ed P. manages the I&T Security department, supporting global operations for the company. Prior to STERIS, Ed P. held the position of Deputy Chief of the Applications Services Division at the Air Force Institute of Technology from 1995 to 1998, overseeing significant projects including maintenance and Year 2000 compliance of vital management systems. Earlier experience includes serving as a System Integration Engineer at the USAF Standard Systems Group from 1991 to 1995, where Ed P. was a key representative on the Process Advisory Board for software development. Ed P. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
