Ian White, MBA, has developed extensive experience in compensation management and human resources over the course of a career spanning more than a decade. Currently serving as Compensation Manager at STERIS since August 2019, Ian has previously held several roles within the company, including Senior Compensation & Equity Analyst and Compensation Analyst II.
