Joseph Heruth, MBA, is an Engineering Manager specializing in capital equipment and manufacturing technology at Medtronic, where they focus on operations innovation and the development of medical devices. With a background that includes roles at Donaldson and Emerson, Joseph has cultivated strong project management skills and technical leadership abilities. They previously held engineering positions at PAR Nuclear and Bobcat Company, enhancing their expertise in mechanical design and manufacturing engineering.
