Kat Holt is the current Marketing Director at STERIS. Kat has previously worked as the Head of Marketing - Global at Esendex from February 2015 to April 2016 and as the Head of Marketing and Communications at The Huntercombe Group from February 2010 to February 2015.

At Esendex, Kat was a member of the senior management team and led a global marketing and design team aligned to 9 International territories. Kat used an inbound marketing approach to capture customer imagination with engaging content and connect their "wants" and "needs" with appropriate products, services and sales enablement strategies that met annual sales targets.

At The Huntercombe Group, Kat managed a full marketing and communications team. Kat fulfilled a multi-faceted marketing role at a strategic, corporate and local level utilising a breadth of marketing techniques, tools and activities to listen, comprehend and thus generate "demand" and ROI through intelligent interpretation of what our customers require. Kat promoted and supported the launch of 4 new specialized services and supported change management programmes following business rationalisation.

Kat Holt's educational career includes a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, a Google Squared certification in Digital Strategy and Marketing, and an NVQ 7 in Management from The University of Sheffield. Kat also has an undergraduate degree in Business Media from the University of Lincoln.

They work with Giorgio Ramponi - Healthcare Commercial Director, Italy, Nolan Hodkinson - Operations Director, UK, and Mark Brown - Projects Director. Kat Holt reports to Doros Polydorou, Managing Director, EMEA.
