Lance Bellows

Lance Bellows is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in R&D and product development within the medical device industry. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at STERIS since 2008, Lance oversees a team of engineers and designers, leading new product development projects such as the STERIS OT 1000 Orthopedic Surgical Table and STERIS HarmonyAIR Surgical Lighting Systems, compliant with IEC and FDA regulations. Prior to STERIS, Lance held various engineering roles at Universal Metal Products, where responsibilities included project management of multi-million dollar product lines and development of tooling and prototype parts. Lance is a certified Tool and Die Maker Journeyman and possesses a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University, complemented by an Associate of Science from Lakeland Community College.
