David Baker Lewis is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in various board roles. Since August 2014, David has served as Of Counsel at Lewis & Munday. Additionally, David has held board member positions at STERIS Corporation and H&R Block since January 2015 and January 2004, respectively. David was also a board member at The Kroger Company from January 2002 until June 2016. David's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School, an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from Oakland University.
