Mark Carpentier

Mark Carpentier has over two decades of experience in service operations and strategy within the medical and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Service Operations & Strategy at STERIS since August 2019, Mark also held the position of UK Service Director. Prior to STERIS, Mark worked at Cantel (UK) Limited from May 2003 to August 2019, where roles included Service Manager and Field Service Engineer. Mark's career began at THE NOBLE ORGANISATION LIMITED as a Service Engineer and at BELFOR UK Ltd as an Electromechanical Engineer. Mark holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from West College Scotland, completed in 2001.
