Mark Watson

Mark Watson is an accomplished operational leader with extensive experience in the medical device manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at STERIS since May 2014, Mark oversees all facets of operations for a $200M division, managing approximately 300 employees across multiple sites and global distribution locations. Prior to this, Mark held roles at STERIS including Director of Materials and Logistics and Senior Manager Materials and Logistics, where responsibilities included supply chain management and logistics leadership across various manufacturing and distribution sites. Mark's earlier experience at US Endoscopy as Distribution and Logistics Manager and Shipping and Receiving Supervisor further solidified expertise in material movement and warehouse operations. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration from Lake Erie College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Mercyhurst University.
