Matt Dailey

Matt Dailey has over 35 years of experience in various management roles across multiple industries, currently serving as the Service Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager at STERIS Corporation since January 2007. Prior to this, Matt held the position of Continuous Improvement Manager at Precision Castparts from 2005 to 2007, and also had an extensive tenure at Johnson Controls from 1992 to 2005, where roles included Quality Engineer, Sales, Engineering Manager, and Continuous Improvement Manager. Early career experience includes positions as a Quality Engineer, Laboratory/NDT Supervisor, and Melt and Forge Auditor at Cytemp Specialty Steel from 1988 to 1992. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Gannon University and an MBA in Systems and Strategic Management from Baldwin Wallace University.
