Mo Adel

Mo Adel is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in international marketing and product management across the healthcare and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Director of International Marketing for the Procedural business unit at STERIS since August 2018, Mo Adel drives strategies that align global objectives with regional market needs in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Prior to this role, Mo Adel displayed strong leadership as the International Senior Product Manager for OR Integration, facilitating product innovation and market expansion. Mo Adel founded Excelerate, a marketing solutions hub, and held executive management positions at Medco-Erp Holland, Getinge, and Schneider Electric NEA, where significant achievements included driving international sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Mo Adel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Power Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering.
