Rick Lee

Rick Lee has extensive experience in supply chain management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Indirect & Drop Ship at STERIS Corporation since January 2005, with responsibilities in indirect sourcing and managing the drop ship value stream. Prior to this role, Rick acted as Commodity Manager, successfully sourcing and negotiating over $8 million in capital equipment for a new manufacturing center. Rick's previous experience includes a tenure as Supply Chain Manager at Parker Hannifin Corporation's Automation Actuator Division, managing critical supply chain functions for a $70 million division. Rick’s earlier roles at Parker Hannifin included Plant Manager, where Rick achieved profitability for the first time through significant sales growth and expense reduction, as well as Production Control Manager and Manufacturing/Assembly Supervisor, where Rick enhanced inventory management and customer service levels. Rick holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
