Robert Hayden currently serves as the Global Product Manager at STERIS since March 2022. Prior to this role, Robert gained extensive experience at Emerson from November 2004 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing product lifecycles for a diverse range of products and leading teams for new product development and marketing strategies within the thermostat category. Notably, Robert played a key role in launching the Sensi Smart thermostat and was involved in various engineering capacities earlier in the career. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
