Ryan Schmit

Ryan Schmit, CCSVP, is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and sales sectors with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Representative at STERIS since July 2021, Ryan has held multiple specialized positions, including Reprocessing Consumable Sales Specialist and SPD Sales Representative. Prior to this, Ryan worked at Thriveon as an Inside Sales Representative and at Marriott International in operations planning. With a strong foundation in management, Ryan has held general manager positions at HP Eden Prairie LLC., Interstate Hotels & Resorts, and Island Hospitality Management, alongside roles in sales and marketing at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Ryan earned a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from North Dakota State University and graduated from Shanley High School.
