Steven Gaylor

Steven Gaylor is an experienced professional in business systems analysis and technical support, with a career spanning over two decades. After completing a BSc in Business Decision Analysis at the University of Derby, Gaylor began an industry placement at Ciba in 1999. Gaylor continued to gain expertise at Egg from 2005 to 2007, where roles included Card Operations Associate and Card Product Manager. A contract role as Business Systems Analyst and Card Application Support Team Leader was held at Citi from April 2011 to February 2012. Since March 2013, Gaylor has served as a Technical Business Analyst at STERIS, bringing a diverse skill set and extensive industry knowledge to the positions held.
