Sydney Stephens

Sydney Stephens has extensive experience in environmental, social, and governance management, currently serving as Manager at STERIS since December 2018, following roles as Product Manager and Associate Product Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Water Management Specialist at Phigenics and as a Research Associate Intern at KWS Group. Sydney also contributed as a Laboratory Research Intern at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and served as Project Manager for Undergraduate Research at Milwaukee School of Engineering, focusing on the development of artificial red blood cells. Other relevant experience includes a Quality Engineering internship at Kleen Test Products and managing athletic events at Milwaukee School of Engineering. Sydney holds a Master of Business Administration in Leadership and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomolecular Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
