Thomas Manley is currently the Manager of Machine Design at STERIS Corporation, where they leverage their extensive experience in machine design and automation. Previously, Thomas held key positions at companies such as Feedall Automation, where they developed new products and secured a U.S. patent, and Mayfran International, where they served as a Class "A" Designer and Proposals Estimator. Thomas has also contributed to education as a part-time faculty member at Lakeland Community College, teaching courses in blueprint reading and technical mathematics. They hold an AAS in Machine Design from Lakeland Community College and are pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology at Cleveland State University. Thomas is an inventor on 11 U.S. patents related to packaging equipment and automation.
