Tom Pfister

Tom Pfister has extensive experience in the medical sales and infection prevention sectors. Currently serving as an Infection Prevention Consultant and Field Sales Trainer at STERIS since October 2015, Tom achieved the Hexawave Presidents Club recognition in the first year after the company merger. Concurrently, Tom has held similar roles at Medivators, a Cantel Medical Company, focusing on educating gastrointestinal staff and physicians on infection prevention. Prior to this, Tom operated Pfister Surgical Inc. as President for over two decades, significantly boosting sales in orthopedic products. A proven track record in sales includes a variety of positions, including Account Manager and Sales Rep across multiple companies. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science Marketing and PR from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, along with associate degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and University of Wisconsin Marinette.
