Trisha Krantz

Trisha Krantz, CSP, is a seasoned professional in environmental compliance, health, and safety, currently serving as the Director of Environmental Compliance, Health, and Safety at STERIS since June 2022. With previous experience at Morton Salt, Trisha held the roles of Director of Environmental Health and Safety and Senior Manager of Health & Safety, managing multiple locations across the U.S. and Canada. Trisha has also contributed as Senior Manager of Environmental, Health, Safety & Security at Kellogg Company, as well as Health & Safety Coordinator at Steel Dynamics, Inc., Cintas, and Alcoa. Trisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and an Associate in Science in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University and is recognized for achieving significant safety milestones, including a zero total injury rate and active engagement in safety training and compliance initiatives.
