Ryan Conlen, CEM

Ryan Conlen, CEM has a diverse work experience that spans over 15 years. Ryan is currently the Vice President of Equipment at Petillo Companies since May 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Equipment - Petillo Companies at Sterling Infrastructure, Inc starting from January 2022.

From July 2012 to May 2021, Ryan served as the Equipment & Fleet Director at The DePaul Group. In this role, they oversaw equipment management for various divisions, including Highway Materials Inc.

Before joining The DePaul Group, Ryan worked as a Fleet Coordinator at Utility Line Services from January 2011 to July 2012. Ryan was responsible for tracking company equipment assets and managing their rotation.

Ryan started their career at Haines & Kibblehouse, Inc. as a Crew Lead from May 2005 to November 2010.

Ryan Conlen, CEM received their Bachelor's degree in Business and Information Technology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Ryan attended the university from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Upper Perkiomen High School from 2000 to 2004. In September 2021, Ryan obtained the AEMP - Certified Equipment Manager (CEM) certification from the Association of Equipment Management Professionals (AEMP).
