Andrea Edwards has a diverse work experience starting in 2018 as a Waitress at The Monte Bello Estate. Andrea provided exceptional customer service and attended to the needs of guests. In 2019, they worked as a Sales Specialist at Sandra Holdings - Pandora Jewelry Franchise, where they executed client sales and actively promoted business development through social media engagement. In 2021, Andrea worked as a Patient Care Technician at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Andrea provided care to patients during their time there. In 2022, they worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at HTI, where they supported recruiters and hiring managers by sourcing talent, conducting assessments, and managing employee files. Currently, Andrea is a Technical Recruiter at Sterling Engineering, responsible for sourcing talent and supporting the full-cycle recruiting team in various divisions.
