Liz G. began their work experience as an Event Planner at Local 24 Banquet Hall in 2013. Liz was responsible for managing events and handling administrative functions. In 2015, they joined Chipotle Mexican Grill, first as a General Manager where they were in charge of hiring and training employees, and later as a Service Manager, focusing on customer service and vendor coordination. Liz then worked at CRS Group as a Staffing Specialist from 2018 to 2022, where they sourced and recruited candidates, screened applicants, and built candidate relationships. Liz then joined Xelerate LLC as a Recruiting Partner in 2022, providing recruitment solutions and customized services. Currently, they are working as a Technical Recruiter at Sterling Engineering, utilizing their skills to deliver exceptional talent and engineering services.
