Matt Determan

Matt Determan is currently the TSR/PMO Services Manager at Sterling, where Matt manages PreSales Services and the Project Management Office. Before that, Matt held various roles at Convergys from 2012 to 2017, including Senior Operations Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Team Lead, and Operations Team Lead. Prior to that, Matt worked at Stream Global Services and Harkers. Matt graduated from Western Iowa Tech with a degree in Networking and Security in Computer Networking and Security in 2008.
