Steve O'Neill has extensive experience in account management and leadership within technology implementation in the federal government sector. Currently serving as Director for Navy and US Marine Corps at Sterling since January 2016, Steve has also held roles as Sr. Navy Account Executive and Navy/USMC Account Manager, focusing on collaboration with IT executives and government contractors. Prior to this, Steve worked as an Assistant Account Manager at K&B Transportation and as a Recruiting Manager at NAIA, alongside an internship in Legislative Services and Membership. Steve's earlier career includes a supervisory role at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where mentoring underprivileged children was key, and as Fleet Manager at Cutler O'Neill Funeral Home. Educationally, Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Morningside University.
