Larry Margolis

Larry Margolis has a diverse background in project management and development, with significant roles in various companies. Larry served as Managing Director at Transworld Properties from 2003 to 2006, and later held positions as Owner of INFILL Planning & Development LLC and Director/Senior Project Advisor at Sterling Project Development in December 2022. Prior to these roles, Larry was a Project Manager at Hines from 1995 to 2003. Larry holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Rice University's Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management and a BS in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
